These performances bring together some of the world's most outstanding performers and a new generation of young talent from across the globe. The program spans different eras and styles of music history, offering audiences stellar performances of fundamental works from the classical repertoire.
Among the world-renowned guest artists are violinists Esther Hoppe, Stephan Picard, Lena Neudauer, and Eszter Haffner; cellists Edgar Moreau and Giovanni Gnocchi; soprano Anna Samuil; clarinetist Pascal Moraguès; pianist Eldar Nebolsin; violist Lars Anders Tomter; double bassist Alexandra Scott; and the festival's artistic director, pianist Filipe Pinto-Ribeiro.
Founded in 2015, VERÃO CLÁSSICO combines an intense concert schedule with an international masterclass academy, bringing together some of today's most prestigious musicians and teachers in Lisbon. In 2026, the Academy welcomes over 150 young musicians from around 30 countries, reinforcing its mission as a hub for artistic excellence, learning, and cultural exchange.
